Todays project inspired by my badminton lessons. Final project was cut to white, mounted on red with green border card stock.
It started with a simple sketch which was then photoshop (image threshhold plus cutout filter) to produce a black and white png file. The png file is imported Inkscape and traced.
The manual steps to delete tiny nodes, fix object spacing, reduce sharp cut angles begins. This file is saved as a Scalable Vector Graphic.
The svg graphic is imported into Sure Cuts a Lot and then sent to the die cutter where it is cut out of white card stock. Final result peeled off the cutting mat and mounted on red card stock with a green border. The Inskape SVG file is further updated after viewing the initial cut problem areas
