This project started from a photograph of Monica Lee which was taken by Judy Chee of Judy Chee Photography. The final project was cut to black and mounted on red card stock. I took a few pics of shadows through the cut, lighting the cut from behind the mat, the cut up against a window and the cut partially peeled off the mat.
