This image is from http://www.missingpeople.net/sketches_express_softer_side.htm. I chose the first one which is of Sereena Abotsway. The drawing was created by http://www.projectedan.us (Everyone Deserves a Name). It is cut to black and mounted on translucent yellow which makes a reflective memorial with a candle behind it for lighting.
